For those of you who don't already know, a couple of weeks ago John spent the night in the ER with severe abdominal pain. After many tests, they were still unable to determine the cause. He started to feel better, so they released him. He followed up with a GI Specialist a couple of days later and since that night he hasn't had another episode. He is scheduled to have a colonoscopy tomorrow morning around 10:30am (Hawaii time).
We ask for prayer that John will be able to endure today's preparation for the procedure, that the procedure will go smoothly and the doctors will be able to figure out what was the cause of John's pain. He is also going to have an ultrasound done next week. Hopefully all of these tests will make things more clear.
I will try to update when we return from the hospital tomorrow.
