Well....it is finally here. The half way point.
I must say that the first 6 months of John's deployment have been more difficult and trying than I could have every imagined. However...I can see the light...that tiny glimmer at the end of the tunnel that will hopefully grow bigger everyday until he is home again; hence my current playlist music.
God... please give me the strength & wisdom only you can provide. Help me to stay positive and have joy...even with this empty place inside of me. I know you can fill it!

- I am a 36 year old Army wife whose life was forever changed through the love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. I have been married to my best friend for 8 years. My husband John is a Brigade First Sergeant in the US Army. He is an impeccable soldier, leader, father, provider and companion. To say I am proud to be his wife would be an understatement. I spend most of my days tending to the needs of my home and family, studying God's word and serving those around me. In my free time I love to watch golf and exercise.
